Pipiol Counselor Training Program (JEEP),
From July 6th to 18th
“Experiencing camp was the beginning; learning to lead is the next step.”
JEEPS is the program for those ready to take the next step within Pipiol. It's not just a camp: it's a transition process from camper to leader, experienced firsthand and with a strong sense of responsibility.
JEEPS participants integrate into camp life from a different perspective. They continue to experience adventure, play, and camaraderie, but they also begin to take on real responsibilities: supporting activities, observing the group, collaborating with leaders, and understanding how to create a meaningful experience for others.
The program combines action and reflection. Through contact with nature, community life, and teamwork, the JEEPS develop critical thinking, empathy, and a sense of service. They learn that leadership is not about commanding, but about caring, supporting, and making conscious decisions.
JEEPS is a profoundly formative experience. Here, values are solidified, self-confidence is strengthened, and a commitment is instilled that extends far beyond camp. For many, it is the beginning of a journey that connects them permanently with Pipiol and with their own ability to positively influence others.
Two weeks for 17-year-olds.
